When completing a registration application, please provide a copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate, social security card, and immunization records.  If applicable, please provide a current report card, last year’s report card, copies of standardized test scores, and a discipline report.  

The registration fee for new and returning students for 2025.26 is  $75 per child and is due with the registration packet.   Applications are NOT considered complete if they are not accompanied by the necessary documentation and registration fee.
